Apple & oats breakfast smoothie for Diabetics
Ingredients
150 ml of Milk
2 scoop Pentasure DM
50 grams of apple, (small); any variety
15 grams of old-fashioned rolled oats
4 chopped almonds
Method
Add milk , pentasure DM powder, almonds, and oats and de-seeded apples in a blender and blend it together. Add remaining ingredients to the blender.
Puree until it gets smooth and velvety in consistency.
Serve chilled or at normal temperature.
