Order Cancellation Policy – PentaSure Nutrition

At PentaSure Nutrition, we take great care in delivering health & nutrition products with the highest standards of safety and hygiene.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once the order is packed and handed over to the courier partner, cancellation is not permitted.
  • If cancellation is approved before dispatch, the order value will be adjusted against store credit or exchange (as per stock availability).

2. Order Cancellation by PentaSure Nutrition

We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following scenarios:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address/contact details provided by the customer.
  • Non-availability of the product at the time of processing.
  • Payment issues including incomplete transactions or fraud alerts.
  • Bulk/unauthorized purchases beyond personal consumption limits.
  • Force Majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, logistics disruptions, etc.).

In such cases, our team will notify you, and the amount (if already paid) will be converted to store credit.

3. Non-Cancellable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, once dispatched, the following cannot be cancelled or returned:

  • Opened/partially used packs.
  • Products purchased under special promotions/discounts.
  • Free samples or bundled offers.
