Recipe : Protein-rich Banana-Apple Shake for Fitness

Ingredients

 

Pentasure HP  4 scoops (60g)
Banana 1 small/ ½ medium
Apple 50g or half medium
Oat bran 1 tbsp
Ground flaxseeds 1 tbsp
Grated Almonds 2

 

Method

Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Garnish with grated pieces of almonds. Serve chilled.
