Pentasure HP | 4 scoops (60g) |
Banana | 1 small/ ½ medium |
Apple | 50g or half medium |
Oat bran | 1 tbsp |
Ground flaxseeds | 1 tbsp |
Grated Almonds | 2 |
Method
Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Garnish with grated pieces of almonds. Serve chilled.
