1. Order Cancellation by Customer
• Once an order has been successfully placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled after purchase.
• Refunds for online payments will be credited to the original source (bank, card, or wallet) within 7-10 working days after approval.

2. Incorrect Contact Details Policy
• If a customer enters an incorrect contact number, email ID, address, or PIN code while placing the order, they must immediately contact the Customer Care Team to update the details.
Communication for such updates will be accepted only via email or WhatsApp — phone calls will not be entertained.
• In such cases, any offers or discounts applied on the original order will also be forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
• Refunds will only be initiated once the order status is marked as “RTO Initiated” or “RTO Delivered.”
After this update, the refund process will begin within 7–10 working days.

3. Order Cancellation by PentaSure Nutrition
PentaSure Nutrition reserves the right to cancel any order in the following cases:
• Incorrect or incomplete address/contact details.
• Product unavailability at the time of order processing.
• Payment issues, incomplete transactions, or suspected fraud.
• Bulk or unauthorized purchases beyond personal consumption.
• Unforeseen situations beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, logistics disruptions, etc.).
• In such cases, customers will be notified, and amount will be credited to the original source (bank, card, or wallet) within 7-10 working days after approval.

4. Non-Cancellable & Non-Returnable Products
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once dispatched:
• Opened, tampered, or partially used packs.
• Products purchased under special offers, discounts, or promotions.
• Free samples, gift items, or bundled offers.

5. Offer & Coupon Policy
• Offers are valid only during the active sale period and cannot be reactivated after expiry.
• Personalized discount requests are not accepted after an offer period ends.
• Customers are advised to contact Customer Care or review the Terms and Conditions Policy before placing an order for any queries related to offers, discounts, or coupon codes.
• If a coupon code is not applied during checkout, the order cannot be modified or adjusted later.
• In case of technical issues or unforeseen circumstances, PentaSure Nutrition (www.pentasurenutrition.com), a brand and entity under Hexagon Nutrition Limited, reserves the right to revise, modify, or cancel customer orders, including any changes to freebies, promotional items, or offers. The final decision in such matters will rest solely with the brand.

6. How to Request a Cancellation
To request cancellation, please contact our Customer Care Team with your Order ID and a valid reason.

Once the order is marked as “RTO Delivered” and the product is received in the same condition—unused, unopened, and undamaged—the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.________________________________________
7. Post-Delivery Issues
• Orders once delivered are non-refundable.
• In case of wrong product or missing items, replacements will be processed only if the customer provides unboxing videos and photos as proof.
o These must be emailed to pentasurecare@hexagonnutrition.com within 48 hours of delivery.
o Once approved, replacements will be arranged accordingly.
• If a product purchased during a sale period remains undelivered and a new order is placed later, the expired offer will not be reapplied. Only the current website offers will be valid.

8. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only under specific conditions such as:
• Damage in transit
• Physical defects
• Incorrect product shipped
To initiate a refund:
• Send an email with photos of the damaged or incorrect product within 48 hours of delivery to pentasurecare@hexagonnutrition.com.
• Returns will not be accepted if the seal is broken, the product is used, or the serial number has been tampered with.
Once the returned product is received and verified, a refund or replacement will be issued.
If the return is ineligible, the product will be sent back to the customer.

9. Shipping, Delivery & Delays
PentaSure Nutrition partners with reliable logistics providers to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
