I am writing regarding my recent purchase with Order #8800 placed through your website.
At the time of ordering, there was a “Buy 1 Get 1 Free” offer displayed for the Pentasure product.
However, I did not receive the free item as part of my order. The order summary only shows the paid products, and the free product included in the offer is missing.
This is misleading to customers, as the offer was clearly shown on the website when I completed my purchase.
Please review and confirm the following at the earliest:
✔ Provide the missing free item included in the Buy 1 Get 1 offer
OR
✔ Process an appropriate refund/compensation
I expect this to be resolved quickly. If I do not receive proper assistance, I may be required to escalate this matter to the consumer grievance/court for misleading promotional information.
Kindly respond at the earliest with a resolution.
